Tan owns and runs several businesses, and specialises in property investments, finance and venture capital. His latest venture is buying Trancomm, a high tech telecommunication company.

Tan’s financial career began in the financial services in the City specialising as wealth management for the medical professions. He progressed to investment banking and managed the portfolios of HSBC Private Clients which included showbiz, national and international sporting clients. His expertises have attracted global clients as far as Canada, the Middle East and Australia.

Tan’s passion is to educate and enlighten people on how to recognise business opportunities and to unveil the hidden secrets in how best to buy, finance properties, structure deals and deliver workable knowledge. His in-depth knowledge will enable individuals build strings of successful property and business portfolios. He is a stimulating speaker and a visionary.
