This Small Business Coaching & mastermind sessions will focus on building marketing strategies and overcoming challenges of the independent business owner or solo-preneur.

A mastermind group is a great way to help the business owners keep momentum in the business,
often we get so caught up in running the daily operations of business, we forget to look out for the challenges our business may face. Let's brainstorm new ideas for overcoming the obstacles that may prevent our business from growing.

Running your own small business can be rather isolating, and even more so if you work from home. Solving problems, finding the best resources, knowing what to do next and making the right decisions can all be difficult on your own. Family and friends can give you support and yes this is very important but they often don’t know how best to help.

This is how it works:
You meet fortnightly face to face with a group of 10 fellow business owners. Everything discussed is agreed to be confidential. If you can imagine being able to tap into the combined knowledge and experience of 10 other business owners and apply it to your business, you can imagine how well you will be doing. On the day you will seat in groups of 5 which will be randomly selected.

You commit to for all 6 sessions. If you cannot make all the sessions, please leave the place to someone who can. These sessions will follow a structured agenda to ensure fairness to all members in other for all to get the most from each session.

There is great advantage in using the combined knowledge, experience and support of the group, each member begins to work towards achieving a specific business goal. Your goal could be about marketing, time management, new product development, social networking – whatever your business needs right now! The overrall group goal is to give you a Business Marketing Strategy that works.

You are able to share your successes and build business relationship that last a life time. A lot of great ideas and partnerships today came from mastermind groups. People who are successful , take the step , make the decision and act inspite of obstacles.

We will also lay topics on the table which will include: Marketing, business planning, Social Media, Networking, growing your business, sales, systems & processes and Current Events. All these is to help you stand firm and strong in business. The Good thing about this - you develop yourself in the process breaking your fears.

Dates of session – Each session will start at 6pm and last for 2 hours. They will be held on Thursdays your investment for the 6 sessions is just £120, that's only £20 per session!
